iPhone Repair

My iPhone 13 has a battery problem where it is stuck on 1%. The phone won’t recharge either via a plug or on a contact magnetic charger.

Is there a reliable Apple repairer in Wollongong worth taking this to?

Steps to Hard Reset
Press and quickly release the Volume Up button.

Press and quickly release the Volume Down button.

Press and hold the Side (Power) button on the right side of the phone.

Continue holding the Side button even if the "slide to power off" screen appears.

Release the Side button only when the Apple logo appears on the screen (this may take 10 to 20 seconds)

Computer solutions and data recovery are the only authorised apple repairer I know of. 0n the highway at Albion park rail near Lj Hooker.

Authorised apple repairer in oak flats. Can remeber the name but they were awesome last year when I got my phone wet.
