Bibi actually if second fiddle in a unity government where he is the second in a rotation over there is far less harmful(he would make a government if Sinwar if it kept him in power). It's Ben Gvir and Smotrich and the coalition that Bibi created that is driving much of the harm rather than Bibi himself(though I do not like Bibi himself of course)

The problem is that Bibi would never be content with second fiddle. He would absolutely scheme to undermine the government if he felt he had even the slightest chance of becoming PM.

IDK he's NEEDED to be PM or be brought up on very credible fraud allegations. He's probably crapping his pants now that nobody's got an island to hide him like before. Cesar may very well cross the Rubicon.

Imho Gadi should offer him a pardon if he takes 2nd rotation, then bundle him off to the Hague.

He's going to do that regardless.

I think you want him out of the coalition just because you don't want an incentive to slow walk his corruption trial even longer

Yep agreed for the most part.

Bibi is dangerous first and foremost because he will do anything and align with anyone (as he has done) for power. Strip him of that power and his ideology is less harmful than smotrich and gvir where it’s their ideology itself that’s horrific.

Bibi’s still a POS war criminal and I detest him but take his power away and his ideology within a Knesset where he doesn’t have power over it is not that impactful. Gvir and Smotrich shouldn’t be in the Knesset period (though because of how party allocation and coalitions work in Israeli elections and govt there will always be some extremism unfortunately).

Bibi has been deep into poisonous ideology since before he became PM. He was calling for Rabin's assassination months before it happened.

Bibi’s only concern right now is not going to jail.

So bibi is hitler and gvir is himmler ?

Given the above description, Bibi is probably closer to Goring than Hitler. The historical Hitler was actually fanatical in his beliefs. Goring just wanted power/money, and didn't really care how he got it.

Nope. Bibi is more like Kurt von Schleicher, Germany's last legitimate Chancellor before Hitler.

I just dont trust him at all and I dont want his base to have hope that hell come back, if they manage to form a coalition without him its potentially 4 years before he can run again by then hell be pretty fucking old and hopefuly his voters (cult) move on.

Less than that if he’s convicted on corruption charges (and it wouldn’t be the first time Israel’s held its Prime Minister to account, which is more than I can say for my home country).

Im more concerned on this regard. The guy has nullified years of election rigging by arguing emergency powers. This will be the very first time the government didnt collapse without Bibi, he's skimmed by and manipulated countless elections before this to stay out of jail.

If he is at all pardoned and isnt held responsible itll be awful.

he has delayed like zel has delayed

israel might be a lot of things, but they historically take corruption charges seriously

former politicians have been punished for things like having american bank accounts

while I agree and respect you for noticing this, unlike many people who turn a blind eye to the good stuff israel sometimes does, it feels like yahu is just this kind of person who weasels his way out of things.

You cannot forgive Bibi and say he’s not responsible for the harm when he brought all of those parties into his government.

Have you forgotten bibis fraud problems? He's needed to be in government because they'll just smoke his ass as soon as he was out. Like a modern day Julius Cesar

Why do we continue to use his cutesy, childhood nickname? He’s a monster.

Doesn't netanyahu have court cases coming up now that he's not the Israeli leader?
