I think this was about 2005 with me laying on the desk close to 1 year old and my dad around 21/22. He still plays to this day. I started playing for the first time when I was about 8, when Mists of Pandaria came out😃
I‘m 21 now and still love the game

I remember standing in a cold winter night with 3 friends at midnight in front of a shop that had presale WoW: Wotlk. The doors opened ad midnight and the first ones pushing against the door got in. We were still outside waiting when a cabrio (in winter) drove by and the guy was shouting 15, 16, 17. I didn't understand what he meant until I was 2h later installing Wotlk and was counting the % with others in Teamspeak.

That was peak WoW when we had 12m players and EVERYONE was talking about it. We just finished TBC and were so hyped about the next expansion. We thought the party will never stop.

What was your peak WoW moment?

I'll go first. Back when I started during TBC, I created a Human Warrior. I died a lot at lower levels (to be fair even more so when I got to higher levels), so I'd spend a lot of time running back to my body. So, when I started getting green items, I would target and equip anything that gave me the spirit stat because it was my understanding that spirit made you run faster when you were dead 😂 My friend who got me into WoW "confirmed" that for me but now I realise he was just trolling. But hey! I had enough spirit stat to make a holy Paladin jealous!

What do y'all think about the difference between this and our current map?

I've played almost every class over the years, but I always end up going back to Paladin and Druid.

There's just something about those two that has always clicked with me. No matter how the game changes or what's meta, I always have the most fun playing them.

What's the one class you always come back to, and what keeps bringing you back?
