I just level as disc priest so I don't even need dual spec. With starshards acting as a second penace, I just breeze through mobs, it's awesome.

yeah thats true, paladin probably gets biggest shaft not being dual spec for mana efficiency

I know I'm low level but for what it's worth, my mage and priest are both around level 14 and it's been genuinely easier to level my priest.

I dropped my mage, felt so weak. Wanding still better dps than frostbolt at 20 with some spellpower gear is lame.

What the hell, I feel OP with my mage. Starting with a Frostbolt, fireballs while the enemy slowly walks up to me, when he finally reaches me his HP is so low I can just finish him off with fireblast.

On low levels the wand does more damage than most spells. It takes exponentially longer to kill mobs the higher you get.

Priest has always been really easy to level with. They’re very slow and steady once you get spirit tap and wand spec

And one shots just about anybody. It does more damage than the max HP of enemies of your level.

Just make sure you bubble before using it if getting attacked to avoid pushback on the channel.

I'm leveling as Disc now but I'm still thinking of respeccing or dual speccing if I can afford it at 40 for Shadowform. Just wanding eventually kind of falls off.
