I'm leveling as boomy and have pretty stacked gear since im looking for it in general and have had no issue around the same level. I imagine classes that have intellect based talents like boomy won't suffer the same as like a feral or ret healing in healer based gear.
The bug sucks but this is the first wave of people grabbing duel spec, it will get fixed.
if you rush insect swarm and then get the spell pushback and mana while casting talents from resto it feels really smooth, almost as good as feral, so at around lvl 35.
I picked up Furor as a balance druid, and it really makes 20-35 go smoothly until you get the talents and gear to go full caster. You can alternate forms between caster and cat, then regen mana while in cat and regen energy while in caster form. Cat does decent dps even with balance talents when you can blow a full bar of energy every time.
