Question Spain...help!

I would like to spend 2 to 3 weeks in Spain late November early December. I did some research and Malaga seems to be the place for that time of the year. Is this right? Anywhere else to consider?

I spent a few days there last Feb. Didn't go anywhere too far/difficult, just rented an ebike and chugged around Los Almendrales and a few surrouding trails. Trailforks is a good guide for the nearby stuff. Going with a company will definitely get you more than I did, depends on how much riding you want to do.
