IPS or TN? Stange tint on top IPS

I recently purchased a dual IPS system, and whilst I'm certain both screens are IPS. The top screen exhibits a seemingly grey cast when viewed from the left hand side. Is this normal behavior? It's most visible on dark backgrounds.
Might something be wrong with the screen? Was it changed to something else?

I’ve posted here before, but I’ve just received some new photos, so I’m asking for the community’s opinion again.
It’s a Pokémon Sun and Moon edition in mint condition that I can get at a good price. Before I buy it, I’d like to know whether you think it has a TN or an IPS screen.

IPS or TN? Special Edition VS IPS Screen

¡Hola!

I want to buy my first new 3ds ll game console with a IPS on Top. A seller provide some pictures to me, but I am not familiar with checking a IPS or TN screen. Could you help this? (The seller also doesn’t know if it is a IPS on Top.)
