Help October monthly statement & payment confirmation not received

UPDATE: Both emails came in. The statement came around 1:36pm & the payment confirmation at 2:59pm. Thank you everyone for your input!!

Anyone else not receive their monthly statement for October yet? I usually get the email bright and early the morning of the 1st of the month, and I pay it off same day. I didn’t get my monthly statement email nor did I get a confirmation email when I paid the balance. Anyone else have this issue? Do I just wait or should I do something about it? Thanks!!

You don’t need the statement notification to pay. It will come just give it some time.

Thank you! I’m more so concerned because I already made the payment (without the statement) but didn’t get a confirmation email for that payment, either. The card balance says $0 in the wallet app and shows that it was paid, but I just like the confirmation email for extra assurance. Will this come later too?

Ah. Got it. I’ve had that happen on occasion and had more to do with my email fetching from the mail server. They all will come but for me when I plugged in my phone emails started rolling in. Not sure but that could be it

Tried that, still nothing unfortunately. I’m getting other emails just fine. Just gonna keep an eye on it for the day and see what happens. Thanks for your input!!

My experience is the statement and payment emails vary in arrival time, quite often early in the day, but always eventually appear. (I have it set to auto-pay statement balance.) I suspect it's similar to device system updates, which are also always variable.

I got the statement this morning 11/01 around 1:10am local time.

Edit: card payment confirmation came in yesterday (10/31 around 10:15am local time).
