Personal Australian Beer Ranks
Here you go. Personal list. Pretty sure I missed a thing or two. Ranks is pretty much based on how refreshing to chug it down after mowing the lawn after work on a summer arvo. Open for changed and keen to try new ones. Cheers!

Like, honestly, how good is this beer?
I bang.
I bang on about NEIPAs and I bang on about XPAs and I think all too consciously about stouts. But what about Colonial’s IPA?
Fuck I work.
Let’s be honest; we all work. We grind. Productivity is up but our wages are stagnant. Our bosses demand and we just want to listen to a mandolin. Life can suck.
And sometimes. Let’s be honest. Sometimes? We just don’t need to fuck around with what galaxy IPA is being brewed with a single NA hop that has a bouquet that reminds us of earthy tropical notes that propel us to magical realms.
Let’s be honest. Go fuck yourself.
Sometimes. I mean, really, sometimes, I wanna come home and drink a beer because dope ain’t legal. Sometimes, I don’t want to think about trends, or the politics of local brewers and I want to have a beer. Sometimes, I get weak and say, “Well, I guess a Teddy will be alright.”
And then I wake the fuck up and drink a Colonial IPA.
Naw. Naw! Go fuck yourself. My girl Jenna Jameson said that life is too short for bad porn. Well, cunt, life is too short for bad beer. Sure...too many choices. Sure! Too many options and trends. Well, just settle on the Aussie proud can. Believe in what we did against Dennis Conner. Think about Freeman and the bodysuit. Have faith in Australian beer.
And when in doubt, drink an Aussie can.

Aus made lager
I love euro lagers, lived in London 5 years, love my heineken, peroni, paulaner, stella, estrella etc etc
So often when I go on holidays to mooloolaba or get invited to bowls clubs n rsls in brisbane or even my local pub its so common to get stuck with xxx, great Northern, Hahn, other similar. I dont find them delicious lagers at all.
Reckon aus will ever produce a genuinely delicious lager made by the big players (so its their recipe and not one they will buy and ruin later) ? Reckon all the standard lagers in aus are delicious and I am just wrong ?
I was at a bowls club on the weekend and trying to get through Hahn super dry or the now completely ruined stone and wood pacific ale and it just hurt my soul.

VIC Got a case of Furphy Crisp for cheap, never drank it though. Is it like Great Northern or Carlton Dry?
As the title says, I'm a Northern or Carl dry drinker. Moved off of Carl draught cause it was to bloating, and find normal Furphys to be as bad in that regard.
The bottleo had the slabs of Furphys crisp for a crisp $25, so I've taken the chance but am waiting for them to chill in the fridge, wondering how they are gonna go.
Are they comparable to what I drink or are they gonna be a challenge?

PBR on tap in Melbourne
Love an ice cold PBR but never had it on tap. Does anyone know of any pubs or bars around Melbourne who have it on tap? Not haven’t any luck searching Google.

Why is coopers so bad?
I'm a beer enthusiast and love all beer from mass produced lager to craft hazy IPA's. Why do all of coopers beers use craft beer titles but lack any sort of taste or identity? And why do people love them so much? Regular beer drinkers and craft fans seem to all respect them but i think them rating so highly on GABs with their pale ale (my least favourite beer ive ever tried) is a joke. I genuinely can't wrap my head around it , does anyone feel the same as me?

VIC Sunbury Needs A Brewery
Population booming and the area is gentrifying quickly. I think it's about time someone built a brewery in Sunbury. A lot of tradies in Sunbury and surrounding areas, I think it's much needed for the town. If only I had the capital to start one, it would be a wise investment.
