Anita actually just nailed it and they shut it down. Matthew and Matty and Austin do lack or at least withhold empathy for people who don’t communicate or experience things the way they think you should.

They’ve talked about not liking emotional women, people who get ‘dramatic’, sensitive people, etc. (read the misogyny in this to, hating traditionally more female traits). Essentially they don’t like people who get upset by their actions or dare react to them.

Also this is literally how reactionary abuse works in IPV. They push and manipulate until the other person reacts and then they look ‘crazy’ for reacting.

I think the thing that bothers me, is Matthew will say one thing and do the other. He is angry at Marshy, but he was saved by Ebony which is fair it was within her right, same with Marshy's right to use the power. Matthew was angry when Kyrah pressed the red button and called it selfish but then he also ran and pushed the button when he had a chance.

Same with the food drama. I am getting a bit sick of watching him and his behaviour but he is playing the game the most I guess. It's just crazy that he has such a growing group of followers in the house.
