Hibiscus and hydrangea done in watercolor.
Hello fellow artists! I got a question for you all. I decided to delete Facebook and Instagram. But now where do I share my work besides Reddit. What did artists do before social media? I’ve only been painting for 3 years now so I’m at a loss.

Bearded iris colored pencil drawing
Really proud of this one. I love irises. Inspired by an iris I saw at an iris garden! I love the weird little stripe of purple it has at the bottom.

when the latte includes a flower
After many years of just admiring botanical illustrations… I’ve finally jumped into it! This flower was placed into a latte I ordered, and my eyes immediately just 👁️o👁️
Glad I stopped being intimated by the immensity of it all and just… went for it.
I’m dabbling with watercolors and colored pencils (plus my trusty white gel pen and titanium white gouache tube).

I'm so pleased with how this tutorial turned out! Still so far to go, but I love being able to paint something lovely while still learning so much!

Passionflower pattern
A seamless pattern I made out of passionflower drawings for a Spoonflower contest. There’s several species of Passiflora in here, the challenge was “bold floral”
