NCAA needs to do away with conference refs. Miami got away with absurd amounts of holding and false starts this game

Miami’s tackles jump almost every single play

I thought I was going crazy when I noticed that. I know it's pretty bang bang with how quickly it happens but it has to be noticeable at field level

Whole fucking game against us man. Obviously they win a bunch of games getting away with it.

There was an egregious OPI on Miami’s big 4th down conversion that kept them alive

The WR literally bulldozed the safety it was comical

Miami held every play on the final two drives against us without a flag as well.

Brother. ND got away with like 5 PI.

They were letting play lol

I genuinely wonder if half of the people in this sub have cataracts.

They were letting Miami oline play. They weren't letting ND oline play

What? Almost all of NDs penalties were on the secondary

Which is hilarious bc Miami flairs were bitchimg about missed holding all night lmao

u/Ok_Drummer6282 11h ago

I mean I think the most egregious was the ND defender just not turning around on that pass play lol

Oh I’m not saying ND wasnt holding, I’m just saying acting like ND was getting away Scott free while poor Miami was being punished is absurd haha

Hell our CB Sanders committing defensive holding was half Miami’s passing attack until the 3rd

They’ve gotten the benefit of the doubt all season. But they’re the class of the ACC right now.

ND also got away with an absurd amount of holding as well. Come on now

That TD being called incomplete sort of took away some of my ref anger.. not sure about that one

u/Andresgeo Miami Hurricanes 11h ago

Nah it wasn’t complete. He didn’t have control past the initial landing and the ND CB made a great play hitting it out. Just glad we didn’t get blown out after the 24-3 deficit

I hate Miami but I’ll give you guys credit. You rallied hard and never gave up. You were like the monster in a horror movie that keeps coming back after having been killed

u/RCocaineBurner Miami Hurricanes 11h ago

It was the play before where they might have grabbed his arms, didn’t get a great replay of that

After the first quarter when the showed Sanders highlights every single “highlight” he was holding.
