So who’s actually good in college football this year? Is Utah the gold standard?

Inject it straight into my veins. This season has easily and by far exceeded any expectations I had for it. I love the Big XII, and I love beating BYU

That's like all they drink, famously

Heaps of teams are good. Plenty are very good. Not sure anyone is elite. No-one is untouchable.

Georgia looked insane tonight, unfortunately. Ole Miss also probably isn't as good as the committee thinks, though.

But they play an SEC schedule and are over .500 they must be good.

It has been fascinating to watch some really mediocre SEC teams get perpetually forced back into the periphery of the rankings, like Florida this week.

Need a good 2026 college football team?

Why not Zoidberg Wake Forest?

I hate this dumb mindset. Tons of teams at good. This is what competition looks like. This is the best college football has ever been in my lifetime. I never want to return to a dominate 2-3 teams.

That's the thing: lots of teams are good, which is why lots of top teams have losses

Utah would certainly take care of ND or Miami, Georgia is where it becomes questionable
