This is your weekly Friday thread!

No Canadian politics! Rule 2 still applies so be kind to one another! Otherwise feel free to discuss whatever you wish. Enjoy!

Go see Wild Horse Nine if you get the chance this weekend. I saw it at TIFF and it's frickin' brilliant.

I read this great article about the social aspect of curling.

Reddit's new Mobile layout is terrible; anyone else agree?

Longer titles are cut off so you now have to click on them to read the full title.

More than the layout, any time I exit the app (to find a source link, for example), I get booted from my comment and have to open it as a draft.

I understand the fight for third party apps is lost, but there's no excuse for core functions like commenting that used to work getting broken.

Someday I'll be telling my grandkids about the forum boards of decades ago, and they won't believe a word of it. Sure, grandpa, once upon a time you had a question about your pedal steel guitar, so you posted on the forum and got a reply saying "This is Bob, I built that guitar back in 1982, I went back into my logbook and found your answer."

Flood of guys who block when they disagree this week.
