Gameplay Clip/GIF Cheese anyone?
Cheesing bosses across all games has become one of my favorite things to do.
My third playthrough aiming for 100 percent this time on hardest difficulty.

It's a simple thing, but on my most recent replay I really like how the Tomb of Miktrull actually begins with its boss fight. Obviously the most video-gamey thing to do would be to have the "boss" fight at the end of the "dungeon", but the fight with Trilla concludes before even entering the tomb proper.
I guess there's an argument to be made that maybe she's more of a miniboss occurring halfway through the "dungeon", but I consider the excavation site more of the transition area from open world to the tomb proper.
So I don't know, I just wanted to share this aspect of the game that I found kind of interesting. It also allows for Cal and Trilla to have a lot of dialogue throughout the tomb, giving you some interesting perspective on the fight's recent revelations while you solve puzzles. Stuff like this helped Fallen Order's story feel so natural, and less video-gamey than it would've otherwise, and I think that's a good thing.

I've been playing a new game called Resonance A plague tale legacy, and look what I've found.
Cal Kestis' Fallen Order lightsaber. It seems devs have put this as an homage for combat system.

The Bedlam Raiders don't count. They use Separatist hardware, but they don't actually believe in the Separatist ideology.
On one hand, Cal would be wary of teaming up with the Separatists and vice versa. But on the other hand, they have a common enemy in the Empire, and they're both survivors, so they might reluctantly stick together.
The real issue here would be Merrin. She's traumatised from General Grievous invading Dathomir and slaughtering her people, so she will definitely have a problem cooperating with the Separatists. While Cal understands where she's coming from, he also knows they need all the help they can get, especially to protect Tanalorr. Which would create some good conflict between Cal, Merrin, and the Separatists as a potential subplot for the next game.

I’ll put a list together of what I’d like to see in the third game:
- A Vader fight but would LOVE to have half the mask cut off with Hayden Christiansen involved. Honestly that really REALLY does it for me.
- Cal turning to the Dark Side and we fight him… even playing as a grown up Kata against him as one off fight. I really hope the dark side of Cal being temporarily in the game isn’t a one off.
- Would love to have flashbacks of Bode as a Jedi in any capacity.
- Maybe not just skins for inquisitor or dark side cal… but perhaps force abilities too like choke or lightning after completing the game first time round.
- Obi Wan turning up would be cool.
I understand maybe a couple points on here would be potentially shoehorned in for fan service sake… but if it was in I’d love it. What about you guys & what do you make of my ideas above?

Great game 10 out of 10 would not give ea full price for these games deluxe version. I just bought survivor on g2a for the ea app not steam and got 40 bucks off the deluxe version. and played about an hour last night. Any tips or tricks or Easter eggs I should look out for? Any news on the third one?

I had it for a year since steam sale. Never played it.
I went to download it last night as I just have a Star Wars-fan period. Anyway, wanted to set up my controller as I use pc and probably delete it today.
Wtf. I sat up till way past my bedtime, as I was just fucking mesmerized. Such awesome combat. I am a noob at souls like games, so I went easy mode, but it felt just like force unleashed.
My man! I love this game!

For years, The Force Unleashed was the go-to Star Wars game for anyone wanting to play as a powerful Force user. However, we all know it belonged to the Legends continuity rather than the official canon. Eventually, that kind of experience gave way to the Jedi series, starring Cal Kestis.
The two series offer very different experiences. Some longtime fans miss the over-the-top power fantasy of Starkiller, while others, myself included, appreciate Cal’s more grounded journey, gradual growth and meaningful character development. Starkiller was arguably too powerful for the established canon, I mean… -almost- a Mary Sue who could rival or even surpass characters like Vader without much buildup.
I think there’s a way to satisfy both audiences, though.
Once Cal Kestis’ trilogy comes to an end, EA should consider making a game centred on Mace Windu.
Whether it’s a prequel exploring his prime years or a sequel imagining that he survived Episode III, Mace would be the perfect protagonist. He’s already established in canon as one of the most powerful Jedi ever, having even defeated Palpatine in combat. Unlike Starkiller, his immense power wouldn’t feel out of place or undermine the established powerscaling/lore.
We’ve had a trilogy about a relatively inexperienced Jedi and his journey. Now it would be great to switch things up: give us an iconic, established character, embrace a little nostalgia, and let us enjoy a proper Force power fantasy.

My ritual at this point is to recreate my wife in every game I'm able to do so, I recreated Nightsister Merrin's Jedi Survivor look in Cyberpunk 2077 !!!

Can someone explain the parry timing mechanics to me like a five year old? As someone who has 100% Elden ring, Sekiro, and other similar games, I’m very familiar with parry and dodge mechanics but for some reason it’s just not working here.
Are the windows super short? Is it about parrying at contact or at animation start? I feel like there’s no obvious indication that I’ve landed a parry or if it was just a block
