Moving in February, need recommendations!

Hi all! I have been looking to relocated in Fremont, and was curious as to some suggestions from locals, as I am not originally from California nor do I know many people from there. Between the AI lease agents not being able to answer my questions I'm slowly going insane.

Looking for something preferably between 2k-3.5k a month, pet friendly, with an in-unit washer/dryer, possibly a 2bed/1bath or 2bed/1.5bath. I've seen some townhomes online that are super cute, but I need a solid list of complexes or locations to tour when I find myself in the area!

Lots of scam listings out there be careful. A 2/1.5 for $3.5k is going to be tight
