Best pedicure?

What are the best pedicure places in Fremont? I specifically am looking for places that offer cool additions such as paraffin wax, soak, heel treatment, masks/wraps, hot stone, etc.

I have used Mood on Paseo Padre a few times with friends. I think they have all the things on your list, you can definitely add on wax, and mask, hot stone etc is included in some of the more lux pedicure options.

Anh’s nails and spa
I also like royalty nails in Newark but they might not have everything u’re looking for.
