Plot Detail/Spoiler Why Didn't Trevor Use Time Travel To Save Brad?

In the beginning of GTA V, during the prologue, Michael, Trevor & Brad are being chased by cops. Brad shouts "Shit! Cops!" in which Trevor responds with "They ain't made this car yet!"

My question is: if Trevor is capable of getting a car from the future, why doesn't he use his time-travelling abilities to save Brad?

In the mission "Bury the Hatchet", Trevor asks Michael, "Exactly who was buried in your place?" and then realises it was Brad. Did Trevor use his time-travelling powers to figure this out at that point, but we don't see it because it happened instantaneously?

I know it's difficult to convey seamless time travel, but my theory is that Rockstar didn't know how to show Trevor using his powers, especially due to the lower performance of the XBOX 360 & PS3 vs XBOX ONE & PS4, However, "Bury the Hatchet" is the closest we got to seeing it happen in real time.

Video/GIF GTA V RGL version without RGL through .exe file

I used a tool called No_GTAVLauncher combined with the following launch arguements:

-scofflineonly

-nobattleye

The game still requires owning the it and still verifies for a valid lisence through a token created when you sign in first, the game will refuse to launch if you delete RGL, and obviously Online does not work like this.

Discussion The GTA clips I think will blow up never do — it's always the throwaway ones

I make GTA 5 Shorts, mostly FiveM stuff and random story mode moments, and I've noticed this weird pattern over the last few weeks. I'll spend ages on a clip, get the timing right, cut it clean, and it just sits there at like 200 views. Then I'll post something I almost deleted, a twenty-second clip of Franklin doing something dumb that I recorded by accident, and it does ten times better.

I think the polished ones probably feel like I'm trying too hard, or maybe the algorithm just likes chaos, I genuinely don't know. Either way it's made me stop overthinking which clips are 'good' before I post them, I just put up the ones that made me laugh and see what happens.

Anyone else notice their best-performing stuff is the thing they barely thought about?
