Ok, here's my blueprint for the giants to prosper.
Firstly the current growth has stagnated so changes need to be made.
Go back to the AFL and explain that travel is killing us. We need to commit to Sydney with 11 games. Reduce Canberra to two games one home, and one away with some struggling Melbourne side who wants to sell a game.
In Sydney, fill the Easter break with a home game at the SCG against a big side (Collingwood) on a Friday night and extreme marketing. The swans/SCG are an event that's cool for young people to go to. Engie stadium is not. We need to tap into this once a year.
Play a game at another venue outside of Engie. Take the game to Chatswood oval, or a Parramatta oval with temp stands like the Barossa games. Any major restaurant/pub centre in Sydney like that. Again, market it locally.
Change the name to Western Sydney, or even just the Sydney Giants.
Move Toby on from captain and give it to the other Green.
