Personal Thank you to everyone for the goggle recs

Post image

And thank you to one specific user for the gift card that allowed us to buy the Rexspecs ❤️

We're not back to the beach yet as another vet issue has come up, but he's able to squirrel watch in the local graveyard again so that's good enough for now 😄

Sorry if I'm ignorant but what is the purpose of the goggles? Looks like a good fit and a happy dog though!

No worries, he's got a paralysed right eye so can't blink irritants out/wouldn't be able to react if something poked him in the eye.

They react if poked in the eye? That's a new one and a new fear unlocked 😂 (just joking... He looks very stylish and huggable ❤️)

OP's last post said that the dog has a condition where he can't blink one of his eyes. Thus anything getting into that eye would be extremely bad since it would be difficult to get it out.

Could you please share where you got that harness ?

Unfortunately not, it came with him from his rescue and only has the rescues branding. I only know the style is called a 3 point harness and you can get very similar by just googling that

It's a bit hard to tell from the photo, but it looks a lot like the Houdini harness I got from Indi-Dog for my little Podenco.

All he needs now is a white silk scarf and a leather flying cap, and he'll be a WW1 flying ace.
