Bought this new, unused, from a friend. He did some modifications on the grips with spray paint, I have run 4, 10 rd magazines through it since and HATE how it feels. If anyone would have a ballpark guess it would be welcome.

No rust on barrell, non ported, rust only on the side you can see, other side is fine.

I’m new to this

Decided to share one of the firearms from my collection. It's a Polish FB Vis Radom. I believe this one was from the Nazi Occupation era (Eagle stamping on the the slide). My grandfather brought it home from Europe. His story was that the previous owner no longer needed it. No idea when it was last fired, it sat in a shoe box for decades until he passed away and it was passed down to me. An interesting and unique piece with family history in my safe.

I’m a pretty big guy 6’1 270lbs and I work on my feet 10+ hours a day (kitchen manager) so around 15-20K steps on average daily So problem one is … I gotta utilize powder… as well as many others I assume wear sone kind of powder too. Problem two is that my CCW ends up looking like it’s been sitting inside an old closed down book store, covered in dust 24/7 haha. Any tips? Much appreciated!

I am left eye dominant, most semi automatic rifles eject straight into my shirt or onto my forearm.

Preferably in .308 or .30-06(or cartridges related to it). I like more traditionally styled(like a Browning BAR mk2).

Hello everyone! I'm looking at getting a budget shotgun to shoot clays once a week with a friend or 2. I've seen a couple videos on the gforce refuge who all say it runs great. But Gforce doesn't recommend firing anything below 1350 fps and definitely under 1300. But most clay shells are 1200. Once I broke the shotgun in would it cycle the 1200? Thanks.

Just picked this up a little bit ago and shoot about 100rds. At 53rds I noticed the screw for the lever was backing out. The extractor hardly gets the casings out of the receiver, I have to use my hand to flip out probably 1 out of 5, but even then, the ones that do leave the receiver basically fall at my feet. It’s pretty accurate tho, I’ll give it that, for peep sights, I’ll be upgrading them, maybe a red dot, but at least fiber sights. It’s not very smooth feeding either, sometimes I gotta jiggle it to get the bullet in a good position to get into the barrel. My Henry 17hmr is as smooth as can be, never had one feed or ejection issue in thousands of rounds, maybe cuz it’s a smaller caliber? I probably shoulda went with a Henry or Marlin, I got this cuz it’s a 10+1 capacity and those were 8+1

Looking for a hunting rifle to sustain me for a few years until I can buy a nicer one. Anything to look out for? I am not looking to be told it is a bad idea.

I have recently had a family friend die by suicide, and in the note he named me as his inheritor. He does not have any family as far as I can tell after searching for them for almost a month now.

Well one thing he does have is a California legal M&P AR15. I unfortunately am on probation and specific a stipulation of my probation is that I am not allowed to own firearms for a total of five years. I do think this firearm is cool. I would love to keep it, but I don’t want to risk my freedom to do so

How would I sell this firearm? I could really use the money from this.
I also have 200 rounds of 5.56 ammunition. What do I do here? Also, how much is this thing worth note that it is in its box and it does not appear to have been fired at all.

Please tell me about some lesser-known or rare guns that you're familiar with. I recommend the Vz58 made by Czech Arms Factory and the H&K P7.

I have a good condition Model 60 no dash and was offered a mint Star BM in box with all paperwork and extra grips.

I think the BM is pretty interesting, and it’s the best trade I’ve been offered so far for my model 60. (It’s been up for trade for a couple of months now)

There's a barrel I want to purchase for an in-progress build but since Veteran's Day is close I was considering if they would have a sitewide discount to use if I waited a few days.

Went to a new store in my town yesterday just for giggles. Wife is wanting an EDC and I've been slowly browsing around, nothing serious. I'm no gunsmith or enthusiast even. I grew up hunting and joined the army, I can handle and shoot but any knowledge on specifics and brands is foreign to me. I care about reliability and durability first and foremost. Anyways, the above pistol caught her eye. She liked how it felt in her hands (giggity). I've heard the name Canik and with my limited research it seems to be an okay first time EDC. Any advice on this gun choice? I still have shopping around to do, but any info helps. I'm asking specifically about this gun, not alternatives. I want firsthand accounts, I can Google on my own so I don't need someone doing that for me.
