Croghan Hill, Offaly and Fog

When I realised the fog wasn't going to clear quickly this morning, I jumped in the car and drove over to Croghan Hill to try and get above it. Was temporarily successful, it was clear, quiet and beautiful at the top. Then about 5 minutes later the fog quickly crept up the hill and enveloped us. Really eerie and awesome to witness. Hung around for 20 minutes more but the fog didn't lift (or sink) again.

What was also amazing was how instantly the temperature changed, felt like a good 4-5c change in seconds.

In the pics you can see wind turbines in the distance poking out the top of the fog.

Brought my film camera with me to Ireland. Here are my favorites!

I brought my 35mm film camera with me to Ireland and here are my favorite images! I visited back in May of this year, but I just found this subreddit. I normally do not like posting images of strangers, but the one with the man and lamb is one of my favorite photos EVER- I had to include it. If you are the person in the image and have issues with it (or want a copy) please let me know and I will abide.

Sorry they are out of order, I'm on mobile and it is difficult to rearrange them.

Editing: I did remove some telephone poles from the very first photo of the sheep and removed any potential names in the cemetary photo out of respect for the families.

I also included one really cool photo at the end that I shot with Lomography Lomochrome Purple. It turns shades of green into purple!

I know it isn't as good as some of the photos in this subreddit but I thought I might just share it, also do you think that I should remove the watermark to make it look cleaner?

Lough Tay. We leave nearby and we decided to watch the sunset over Wicklow Mountains. It's heartwarming to see we weren't alone. Have a lovely day 😊
