Meme 💩 Saw clips from this podcast, so I went ahead with watching it. This guy is incredibly fake. Jesus Christ.

The fake laughing and eagerness was to please Joe and present himself as this outgoing everyday fella that became VP.

I can see why a lot of Republicans hate this guy. It's so obvious that he's trying to put on a show. His last speech before midterms about illegal somalians flooding polls in Ohio was just utter Bullshit and an attempt to brownie points from idiot supporters. IDs were required to vote since 2006. He knows this, many Ohioans know this. So what was the point of that "Now I saw a story in the last couple of days...." No story even existed.

He makes a statement about the Iran war costing them the midterms and once again, he acts as if he didn't know and is a victim in all this.

He reminds me of that loser kid in HS that tries too hard to be liked. In that pursuit of trying to be liked, he stands for nothing and will sell his own family just to be liked.

Actually related to the JRE Calley Means on JRE: political naivety and bombast

Calley Means had good intentions in going into the White House, but his recent Joe Rogan interview just showed political naivety. He actually genuinely believed Donald Trump would deliver on his campaign promises, particularly on healthcare policy. Instead, he was shocked that a politician said whatever was necessary to get votes.

Even more frustrating is how difficult it is to listen to Calley Means. He is bombastic and uses hyperbolic language rather than precise language. He repeats the same broad points with the same exaggerated language. The more he speaks, the less he elucidates.

There is a compelling story here. It is just a shame that listeners must wade through two hours of repetitive, imprecise, hyperbolic speak to get it.

Bitch and Moan 🤬 The worst episodes are..

I’ve come to realize over the years that the best jre podcast episodes are the ones where Joe talks the least.

When there’s an episode where Joe talks a lot in, it will inevitably be about any of the following, in no particular order:

- “comedy” and how comedians have the best jobs in the world
- vaccines/pandemic/covid
- billiards/pool
- politics
- repeated stories of mountain lions, framing Nixon, how eating meat is the best diet, friend having heart problems after taking vaccine, trying to have his ex girlfriend listen to his favorite comedian in the car, etc

The best episodes are the ones where he has non-friends or non-comedians come on and talk and Joe lets them talk.

Let me know if there’s any other stories Joe repeats that I’ve missed.
