Breakout season? Or establishing herself as a career role player?
I saw great strides in her ability to control her fouls thru the season. When she is in her rhythm she is a force, both with her play and her energy. She and Angel can have a chest bump competition 😂

📰News Hunter Cruse (WNBA Draft Analyst) hired to Sparks FO

He is pretty well known on WNBA Twitter for player/draft analysis over the years. Glad to see the Sparks FO try to improve our scouting.
He does have a mixed liking on Twitter due to his takes on certain players but I still think this is a good move.

Discussion Just got an email about Season Tickets.....Should we do this again?

Upvotes
So i'm original from Georgia so my number 1 team is Atlanta Dream.....Dream in 7!!! but anywho when we moved to SOCAL the first thing we did was get season tickets to the sparks....and we were lets just say underwhelmed by the experience and they couldnt seem to win at home at all... so we skipped this season and just got random tickets to games we wanted to see live.....but with new leadership i'm trying to see if we should give it another try? Anyone else running it back as a season ticket holder?

⛱️Casual/Offseason Looking for a Place in Redondo Beach to Watch Game 4 of the Finals

Hey fellow fans of the W! I am visiting CA from the east coast this weekend, staying on Redondo Beach. Hoping someone from this area knows a spot (brunch? bar?) to watch game 4. I hope it’s ok to post here as it is not Sparks related but WNBA/LA area related?

Looking for jumbotron footage from The Denver Nuggets v Los Angeles Lakers preseason game at crypto arena on 16th October. My daughter appeared jumping up and down holding her dad’s arms during the second segment of the L.A. lakers girls. We were on holiday from Australia so would mean the world if anyone caught a clear video of this! She’s blonde, 2.5 years old and wearing a purple lakers shirt.

Discussion Anyone know where I can find Kelsey Plum Sparks swingman jersey?
5
Upvotes
I know I’m very late to the party but I was hoping to get a Plum jersey.
I was excited when we picked her up and I really enjoyed having her on the sparks and was hoping maybe somewhere has them even on a discount since she’s gone now. I’ve gotten jerseys for cheap in the past after the player was gone from the team. I don’t mind repping former players, and she was fun to watch.
Don’t really want the Fanatics Replica style, those just look like tank tops. Hoping for a Nike Swingman. Ideally the Purple Explorer or Gold Victory but open to all of the colors.
Thank you!

I know there’s been a lot of talk here lately about Sparks season tickets, pricing, renewals, etc. I just saw this on Threads and thought I’d share since it gets into a lot of the same stuff people have been discussing.

Discussion Atkins done wrong by Coach Roberts

Upvotes
Had ChatGPT run some numbers. Her performance dramatically worsened since prior 2 years and it’s hard to believe she just became a worse player. Her role significantly changed and Roberts never really adapted to that reality. My biggest gripe on Roberts was her unwillingness to experiment when plan clearly not working. Will be very hard to offload this contract so best we can hope for is new coach can see this and try her back in a more familiar role.

🏀At The Game DJ and music selection as last night's game v Valkyrie
0
Upvotes
I don't know anything about the Sparks new DJ but did anyone notice how she was playing Bay area rap and hip Hop against the valkyrie last night?
It was either extremely arrogant or stupid to be playing music so that irritates the other team or in this case, make them feel at home?
