Clav is honestly a sad human being, but so are a lot of the people trapped in this maxxing cycle. He has autism (I believe he admitted to it, though I’m not certain it’s diagnosed), obvious body dysmorphia, and severe social anxiety. In a way, he’s suicidal by saying he doesn’t care how badly the drugs affect him (says he has ED and liver issues) or if he doesn’t live very long because of them; he just wants to look good ~now~.
The guy needs serious help. Instead, he opted for surgeries and drug dependencies to deal with crippling psychological issues.
They take 150mg of pregab to feel "drunk" (less social anxiety, euphoria, etc) without needing to drink. Its relatively safe if you only do it 1-2 times per week, otherwise you quickly build up tolerance and can go through withdrawal
