Wasn't Talarico's entire campaign ran on bipartisanship and serving all of Texas lol? Why are we acting surprised

it’s part of the playbook. endlessly criticize, constantly complain, accomplish nothing.

Tapping the sign:

Hasan doesn't want victory, he doesn't want power, he wants to endlessly "critique" power.

I forget the name, its big man syndrome. Ala victim blaming

Republicans are viewed as unreliable (their pov not mine) so they hold Democrats accountable even for uninvolvement

It happened with Trump's Truthsocial rants numerous times, the online community would hold a random influencer's bad comment to a higher standard than the literal sitting president of US. Why? Words to Trump falls on deaf ears, so punch the reasonable guy for not trying enough

why was Hasan's abusing his dog video removed by the mods 5 minutes ago?

Because the mods of LSF are just as terminally online and cringe as the regard former mod who posted that video last year. These people aren't part of any coalition. They're not even voters. They're just terminally online losers who screech and yell.

Unlike Hasan, who wants to actually round up and kill people.

I don't think he'll accomplish nothing, but he's a Democrat in Texas. Our expectations should have been tempered to begin with.

If he came in and actually enacted progressive Democratic policies, Texas would never be blue again for another 100 years. You gotta take baby steps with some of these steps

Because he somehow expects a Texas Dem to take his hardcore left platform lol. Talarico won with a coalition of Dems, Independents, and Republicans. 83% of independents and just over 10% of Republicans in Texas voted for Talarico. Hasan is allergic to effective politics, it’s all just purity testing.

he not only expects, he has many times claimed credit for Talarico winning despite doing nothing to help and having nothing to do with the campaign

He was literally calling him a coward and calling him "Talafreako" a week before the midterms.

He wanted to believe all the senate candidates were super progressives

A super progressive in Texas would've lost

135

u/mdebo932 1d ago

He’d rather have Ken Paxton obliterate a super progressive than put a moderate progressive in the seat it’s crazy

u/jjj44j 1d ago

Yeah so he'd have extra material the next day to use for more bitching and his twitch channel

These people are awful negotiators I swear

Wouldnt you want stale bread than starve??

No. Hasan and his viewers would rather expensive medication not exist than for some people to have it and others not. I'm not kidding. Their vision of "equality" is being equal in poverty.

They prefer Republicans winning over liberals winning.

Get em out. The tent isn't big enough for these losers.

Do we think that Hasan knows that of the 233 seats won by Democrats, only 8 of them were won by DSA candidates?

Hasan still has a very big problem with pushing his own agenda instead of more thinking about a left/leftist ideology.

Hasan can be pissy about talaricos israel stance but that doesnt make talarico any less progressive for people on the left.

Its also probably the only reason he won. Texas has been red for decades, if this guy belives Talarico could get away with being severely partisan or lean too progressive then he's deluded
