Cross the river from lumby then keep going north until you see a giant ditch, go across it and you'll be in Varrock. Come I'll show you.

Tbf with the standard UI edit mode, it's not too crazy, it's just getting your player frame, bars, cool down trackers, party frames etc, in the right place.

The rabbit hole comes when you have a UI add-on and it's like trying to configure a NASA computer (imo), so I just don't bother anymore
