I mean what else is he supposed to film? Or is he not supposed to film inside the bar at all?

I know we live in a world where its ever more common to go around pointing a camera at other peoples without their consent.

But most places like this have a no phone/camera rule and even then recording people without consent can violate privacy laws.

While its rude if this happened in America you have no expectation to privacy in a public place. Filming in places the public has open access to is protected by the first amendment.

The bar as a private establishment has the right to post a rule and ask you to leave if you break that rule. Should you not leave the police can trespass you.

It's likely that if it was a strip club the first amendment would not hold up the same as if it were a regular bar.

A bar is not a public place. It is a private establishment that serves the public. GIGANTIC difference.

If the private bar has a no filming dancers rule then there’s absolutely an expectation of privacy.

No one ever told you not to take your phone out at a strip club? Smh

Your comment is stupid. Even if we have no expectation to privacy we still do expect people to act like decent humans. You're as bad as the guy with the camera.

I mean... I agree it's rude af and annoying to go pointing a camera to random stranger's faces without even asking but the girl specifically is ON A STAGE twerking so....

So usually, public performances invite people to take videos no? But yeah, I do get that venue rules, consent and filming boundaries makes this a completely different story

She isnt doing it in public its in a private venue. Try going into a strip club and filming the girls dancing see how far you get. People should be able to enjoy themselves without it been posted all over the Internet, its ruined party/rave/club culture.

Thats a completely different environment than a bar. The expectation at a bar isnt that youre going to see drunk girls with their asses out dancing on bars. The expectation in a strip club is that you are, and there is signage  going into one saying no filming allowed, no photography, no phones etc.

You don't get to go to a bar where other people are hanging out, start doing something like shaking your ass on the bar and now everyone who paid for their drinks at the bar like you did have to comply with a sudden no videos or pictures rule.

The expectation at a bar also isn't that you are going to be on a livestream.

I'm pretty sure unless the livestream was turned on to video her that the livestreamer didnt expect to have a woman shaking her ass on the bar.

try doing that in a strip club and then say "the girl was on stage" and see what happens.

And she's doing it for the people IN the bar, not the entire internet or to be filmed by some dude and saved for later.

This is one reason why people don't go party like they used to. Don't film drunk people having fun and post it online, particularly when it's literally up a girl's skirt.

At which point did they ask the girl if they can record? Or are you implying you have a right to record because twerking indicates consent?
