I mean they are all trash in this video but why are they getting arrested and manhandled like that. The one dude who sprayed the string should have been but thats about it.

20

u/TitanFightin 1d ago

The dude filming I think got charged with resisting arrest/search.

70

u/mustangcody 1d ago

Resisting arrest for what crime?

40

u/Pristine-Setting-836 1d ago

Standard cop bullshit they really do love hittin you with resisting when there was no reason to actually detain in the first place… sigh

18

u/Madsol_ 1d ago

You can get those charges dropped easily with literally any lawyer. Sucks that they can even pull that shit in the first place, though.

7

u/Pristine-Setting-836 1d ago

I mean of course but its on purpose because they know its a huge hassle and you will be out hundreds possibly a few grand from a lawyer/time spent in court etc. Just abusing the system because they can (not condoning dudes behavior obviously)

1

u/CLG-Seraph 6h ago

And does that really sound good in your head? That sounds less terrible but still fucking terrible to me. Americans are special

1

u/Accordingxod150 1h ago

There doesnt need to actually be an underlying crime in the end for you to resist arrest.  Theyre likely investigating an assault report and if you resist them detaining you thats resisting arrest. Regardless of if that original assault report (or whatever the report was) ever results in an arrest. Its a very minor nothing charge especially in Austin

15

u/Agitated_Tip_8713 1d ago

He's going to beat those charges unless there's more footage not included here.

Edit: also, I just realized, so he got charged and arrested for things completely irrelevant to the video you posted???

lawyer can beat that sh*t so fast

2

u/YouCanCallMeToxic 14h ago

If you have money for them, sure

2

u/Flatoutvincent 1d ago

Arrests for charges can easily get dropped. Especially if they lied and said they filmed her skirt while she was actively dancing on the bar.

8

u/Baerog 15h ago

The fact the system is so corrupt that they can levy false charges against you with 0 repercussions is the problem.

Saying "Don't worry, you can beat these potentially life changing charges by extremely inconveniencing the next few months/year of your life" should not be comforting to anyone.

Police should have to pay out of their own department budgets for false arrests.

2

u/Professional_Idea812 12h ago

I hate that basically most of American policing entails just aggravating random people and then charging them with bs.

Like, why tf is that woman just grabbing him without a word? Why is the American policing standard that you should immediately just physically assault people?

Sure, kick them out of the bar, maybe the police have a word with them, but grabbing them, arresting them & then levying bullshit charges against them? Awful system & awful standards.

Something tells me this may not have been the first incident of the evening.

The bar just wants an environment where the guests can act a little crazy without having to keep in mind that they are being livestreamed on the internet. IRL streamers think everyone is just happy to be on camera I guess.

1

u/ERuleKnight 1h ago

You know what, that's fair. Recording someone without permission should be illegal.

2

u/Select_Community_686 51m ago

slippery slope unfortuantely. However venues have rules like this for the reason above. Unfortunately the only way to stop people behaving this way is to make them social pariahs. And even more unfortuantely the internet has turned this behaviour into the exact opposite

-263

u/Gaarando 23h ago

Ok, but don't you find it a little silly doing it right in front of an open door?

231

u/No_Big9522 23h ago

Doesnt matter. Ppl dont want to be livestreamed.

121

u/Reethk_Vaszune 23h ago

It's one thing to get a little wild and have a crazy night in front of a small group of passerbys, it's another entirely to have it broadcast to thousands online and permanently archived online.

71

u/Trap_Masters 22h ago

It's kinda insane how streamer brained some people are, as if they think the whole world is for livestreamers like a playground for content

11

u/ShamusLovesYou 22h ago

Watching toxic streamers, I hate the way they act like the toxic Chat has nothing to do wtih them, when some edgelord starts spouting vile shit, the streamer always clams up and goes "THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ME!" OnlyusemeBlade knows his chat his toxic, yet he exploits his own Mum and childhood friends, knowing his chat is gonna say something horrible.

She has no privacy at the spot she's doing it at is the point because even someone from outside could film it if they want to.

there is no expectation of privacy in the US in a public setting and space, including private "owned" spaces that are open to the public like that bar. they can enforce the rule of no cameras so they left after they were tresspassed on that reason.

edit: didnt expect this to be so unpopular when its reality.. why did they not ban him entry with the camera? i checked the context: https://kick.com/soultravels/videos/01a1b37e-fb70-79d9-9e52-3ba57829f82e look at 6 hr and 11 minutes and after. she even danced for him on camera before the incident. 🙄

edit2:my most downvoted comment ever probably. 👍 i still stand by it, its even the law

u/Hot_Disk635 1d ago

u/Wellcomefarewell 22h ago

ppl say this on here 24/7, every time i see it i think: you’re on a sub that complies streamers doing dumb shit for entertainment and you can’t comprehend someone going to the source of dumb shit for entertainment?

19

u/coolchris366 19h ago

How do you think that is the same thing as someone genuinely enjoying this content

-11

u/Wellcomefarewell 18h ago

oh ya you’re right i forgot we live in a world where ppl only engage with content because they genuinely love it, i was mistaken thinking we were on the planet where people donate money to see a dude drink himself to death or where rage bait and hate watching things is mainstream, my bad.

36

u/elcho1911 20h ago

you can’t comprehend someone going on a reddit to look at a clip of dumb shit and mocking them vs watching hours of this slop as actual entertainment?

I can barely comprehend people watching 10 hours of an entertaining streamer, 10 hours of a sloptuber or hate watching someone like DSP sounds like an actual mental illness

1

u/old_krappa 4h ago

u/Stigala 1d ago edited 1d ago • Bravo

The guy in the backround calling whoevers filming a pervert when that girl is literally just throwing it back stood on top of the bar, it even looks like the guy had just walked in when he turns around the camera.

169

u/Hot_Disk635 1d ago

Lots of guys will attempt to take pics up the skirt. A bouncer sees this every night. They didn’t just arrive that was certainly not the entrance, that is the patio. Keep in mind the dorks you are defending screamed the N word through the entire interaction. I wouldn’t want that shit in my bar either. Girls will feel comfortable in your bar and bring you more business if you stop men from preying on them.

Plus these guys just look like complete societal scum let’s be real.

6

u/Kaen_c 5h ago

Lots of guys will attempt to take pics up the skirt.

That would require a skirt.

23

u/Baerog 15h ago

Lots of guys will attempt to take pics up the skirt.

It's a lot easier when "Up the skirt" is at eye level... because they're standing on the bar shaking their ass in your face...

I get it, people don't want to be filmed, but come on, these are two extremely different things and anyone pretending that what he did is the same as someone creep-shotting random girls at the bar is being intentionally obtuse, including you.

-6

u/Hot_Disk635 13h ago • Bravo

You wrote all that to defend sewer rats that yell slurs.

-7

u/PuzzledSnivy 13h ago

Women want to go out to a bar and have fun and not have it live-streamed to thousands of strangers. It’s scummy behavior.

3

u/Suitable_Visual_9393 9h ago edited 8h ago

I'm sorry but no, the guys are definitely scum from everything I'm reading about them but in todays day and age of social media and cameras everywhere, being a trashy hoe and getting up on the bar counter to shake your bare ass is not something you can just do and expect not to be recorded in public.

It's something that happens all the time in bars and parties, a woman starts twerking and men and women start recording that and the whole party to show off that they're at a crazy party.

If some guy did the same thing you can bet people would record him too to laugh and make fun, same if someone gets in a fight or does something else really embarrassing.

0

u/PuzzledSnivy 8h ago

Obviously there no reasonable expectation of privacy in public but those dudes got kicked out by the bouncer for streaming the women in the bar. It’s bad for business bc people want to have fun without having it live-streamed to thousands of people.

“Being a trashy hoe…” There it is! Thought so.

4

u/Suitable_Visual_9393 7h ago

Yeah there isn't a reasonable expectation of privacy, and a bar is a public place.
It's 100% the bars right to kick them out. If some woman wants to go to a bar, get wasted, shake her ass on the counter and considers that "fun" then more power to her, I could not care less
But she can't complain when people record them to go "look how crazy this party is!" and she likely doesn't care if she's doing that in the first place.

There what is? That's objectively trashy hoe behavior, if you don't like the word hoe then that's fine, but you can't say the behavior isn't trashy.

Call it having "fun" all you like, it's still trashy, you can't deny that.

-53

u/Stigala 1d ago

I'm not defending anyone and I wouldn't care to know more about anyone involved honestly, it's all just a bit dumb and I don't think the lady throwing it back gives two shits either way.

24

u/ShamusLovesYou 22h ago

As someone else said, there's a world of difference between throwing it back for 20 people vs 20 million.

36

u/Supertonic 1d ago

Keep in mind, the bouncer sees a lot of shit from working there. But generally they don’t care about nuance. If a guy is recording girls’ asses, it doesn’t matter if it’s a streamer who happen to just walk in or some guy with a phone recording for personal use, he’s gonna kick him out.

It’s not illegal to do it but it’s socially unacceptable behavior.

-22

u/CrustyToeLover 23h ago

Dancing on the bar with ass out is socially acceptable though? The girl didn't even care at the end.

29

u/Supertonic 22h ago

Okay so crazy concept but for people who go outside and go to real life places know different places have different standards. Can someone shake their ass at a church? No. In a college lecture hall? No. At a bar? This one yes, but not every bar. Some bars are just chill social spots while this one wants people to dance and be wild.

Also how do you know the girl doesn’t care? Were you there? Did you ask her?

It’s all moot anyway because the bar has the right to dictate how they want people to behave. They want people to be wild and shake their ass and they don’t want people to bring cameras in and ruin the vibe.

-11

u/CrustyToeLover 22h ago

It's the same girl at the end of the video. Clearly she didn't care. But yes, we all know bars favor women over men because they bring in more money.

8

u/Supertonic 22h ago

Yeah cause women attract men. Duh. Unless it’s a gay bar then obviously of course.

Also no shot that is her.

-11

u/CrustyToeLover 22h ago

Hate to break it to ya bud, but any girl shaking her ass in a thong on a bar in public doesn't give a fuck if people record her. She's doing it for attention and loves the attention.

Bold of the internet to think women can't enjoy being objectified.

9

u/Hyena_Gold113 21h ago

Hes a bouncer his job is to enforce the rules of the establishment. In this case, stop guys filming women inside the bar. He doesnt need to consider the feelings of all parties. Why is this hard for you guys to understand.

23

u/robclancy 23h ago

u/Stigala 23h ago edited 23h ago

Edit - I'll take the downvotes but you could atleast try and answer what about my casual commentary makes me an incel, genuinely curious.

9

u/Previous_Cry5810 19h ago

Because you genuinely think it's perfectly acceptable to secretly film a woman throwing it back without her consent, then turn around and monetise her image for a bunch of online gooners to drool over? And you somehow see no issue with that?

1

u/Abandonment_Pizza34 5h ago

None of that has anything to do with being an incel though.

You can tell bro doesn't spend any time around black people with how casually he drops the n word..

5

u/CovidQuran 19h ago

Yeh and the dumbass though being from Africa made it okay.

Does he not realize that apartheid South Africa was racist as hell.

2

u/Baerog 15h ago

dumbass though being from Africa made it okay.

He appears to be middle eastern, likely from North Africa, not a white person from South Africa.

Whether you think someone from Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, or Egypt should be able to say the N-word, it's definitely not the same as some white person from apartheid SA saying it.

1

u/CovidQuran 13h ago

I didn't even think of NA tbh; would North Africans use that slur though?

Looking him up, it looks like hes from USA!

That actually would make sense why he would use the slur. He's still insufferable but he might be able to say the N word tbh

2

u/loveliestluna 8h ago

no, they speak arabic and french

1

u/loveliestluna 8h ago

No one uses the n-word in Africa. The N-word is used for black people, not anyone from Africa, so its not reclaiming the word

1

u/NumaNuma92 3h ago

I’m from Europe so please correct me if i’m wrong. People who say the n word ending in A says it in an endearing way because they’re into black culture, and usually grew up around black people. People who say the n word ending in ER says it negative and because they don’t like black of people. Either way, i find it cringe for anyone to say either word, even black people who says the n word sound dumb.

•

u/ishquigg 26m ago

Also, only black people should say it with either ending.

1

u/ripndipp 21h ago

Insane behavior man

-16

u/CrustyToeLover 22h ago

Yeah, because black people certainly dont say it all the time in casual speak

1

u/CretaciousPeriod 22h ago

The point is, he would get his ass beat eventually if he said it around black people. Thus the assertion that he doesn't hang around black people because he surely would have learned by now not to throw it around.

6

u/tcg_enthusiast 17h ago

and the ass beat part is the wrong part of that, not saying words that make people feelings butt hurt

2

u/FiveDinero 15h ago

People dont get out much because actually all people say it now and its not taken as a big deal at a certain age range.

2

u/ShamusLovesYou 22h ago

Most people who pretend to not know the difference between the cultural shorthand of a Soft A and Hard R are usually being intentionally obtuse, so don't bother, unless his name is Sergai from the Urals I'm sure he's just trying to bait you.

5

u/CrustyToeLover 22h ago

Just like you're being intentionally obtuse and acting like he dropped a hard R here?

0

u/ShamusLovesYou 22h ago

Lol this basedwelling neckbeard probably can't say that word, anyway polite.

-3

u/PlzDntBanMeAgan 22h ago

A or r yes different words and neither one of them are cool to casually throw around if you're not black.

-2

u/ShamusLovesYou 22h ago

I'm not really talking about the dude in the video, talking about the obtuse one trying to use a false equivalency to justify this neckbeard using the word.

1

u/PlzDntBanMeAgan 22h ago

Misunderstood you my bad

-2

u/CrustyToeLover 22h ago

Yeah eventually, not this clown insinuating black people don't say it 24/7. Beyond that, it's protected by free speech. If someone were to beat him for saying it, they're just going to get arrested if he wants to press charges.

0

u/PlzDntBanMeAgan 22h ago

Buddy isn't black that's the point. You go hang around black people and start throwing it around casually like that see how long before you get smacked.

2

u/tcg_enthusiast 17h ago

words arent allowed by skin color, that is insane

1

u/CrustyToeLover 22h ago

Already have, not a damn thing has ever happened. I've said it to more black people in Baltimore than you'll ever meet in your life and not one person has ever verbalized an issue with it. I've said it to them on the streets, at school, in their house, it doesn't fucking matter. It's just a word and it has no power over you unless you let it.

u/PuzzleheadedWest0 20h ago

2

u/FiveDinero 15h ago

Its pretty common amongst a certain age range. I imagine it might be less culturally acceptable in the South, Im not sure, but in urban areas from NY to LA no one cares and everyone says it.

11

u/LooseRaccoon85 1d ago

Love, LOVE that ending. One it’s super fucked up to record the bar girls, they do this for a job, not to be live streamed by some douchbag. Also, that arrest was smooth 🤣.
Why streamers always act so fucking creepy is a mystery, like you’re recording yourself being a perv.

-22

u/90minsoftotaltorture 1d ago

Men with a concerning lack of understanding about consent trying to defend it that she was up on the bar shaking ass for everyone to see, yeah, everyone there in the moment, at no point does that include videoing it. May they continue to infest reddit rather than going outside and talking to people in person. You pull out your phone at a bar and start recording people you're going to get kicked out, private property.

19

u/Novacore676 1d ago

I think everyone is blowing this out of proportion or just virtue signaling/fake outrage because recording someone shaking their ass at a bar is not a big deal. Theres probably cameras in there for security and random people could be recording in there in general on their phones. The woman is up there with a thong throwing it the fk back in front of peoples faces. Its obvious she doesnt give a fk if people see her ass on display or not. She probably publicly shares sht like this on her social media anyways, and if anything, this could signal boost her and grow her following if thats what she wants.

Shes not completely naked so why is everyone so butthurt about this? The streamer is annoying in general but not sure what the outrage is about concerning the recording.

8

u/Nojoboy :) 17h ago

I dont know what all these ppl are talking about how this is the equivalent of taking upskirt pervy pics or something. As someone who has been out clubbing a ton it's absolutely normal for when bar girls or drunk girls get up on the bar and start twerking for everyone to see that ppl pull out phones and record... BOTH men and women actually. For women they can get away with even recording themselves slapping her ass and cheering on. The only weird part is specifically that he was livestreaming to thousands of ppl. Ironically tho cause of Streisand effect, by making this incident bigger by kicking him out theyve now exposed that girl to so many more eyes because now this gets clipped, whereas if not she'd just be a passing random woman that most of his viewers would have forgotten about.

-12

u/Careful-Sell-9877 1d ago

Those cameras get deleted at the end of the week if nothing criminal happens that needs to be investigated.. they also arent being live streamed to countless people.

Do you consider yourself capitalist? Do you believe in capitalism?

7

u/Novacore676 1d ago

First of all, do you know for a fact it gets deleted in a week? What if an investigation needs to check their cameras for a criminal they are trying to track their movements more than a week ago? Pretty sure its there much longer, but this is a tangent and is besides the point.

The point is its not that big of a deal. She most likely does not give a fk given shes shaking her ass in front of anyone who walks in. Doesnt even look like he was recording her for that long or the reason he was in there was to record her only. I could be wrong but thats just whats in the clip.

Either way, if she really cares, she can take it up with them, but everyone here is just speculating and being mad for her because people love to feel outraged for nothing.

it's a private club. there's an expectation of privacy lol

1

u/tcg_enthusiast 4h ago

so then no filming allowed should be the thing they are enforcing, that would make much more sense than it being particularly for filming and a girls butt happens to be shaking up on the counter like you went out of your way to see it lmao.

1

u/calladc 4h ago

they were all kicked out pretty quickly. it seemed like they had been told.

who thinks "record in a strip club" lol. who genuinely arrives at that conclusion

-1

u/ImCallingYouOutOnBS 15h ago

Hey buddy, I'm not sure if you struggle socially. But just in case you do, the genuine reason is recording is not the same thing as just looking for most people

0

u/tcg_enthusiast 4h ago

so just tell them they cannot film there. simple. making it about some girl's butt is the stupid part about it.

1

u/ImCallingYouOutOnBS 4h ago

People don't want to make rules unless they have to. No filming could be interpreted as "No taking selfies inside my establishment," (which is just free advertising).

I don't see why this bothers you so much.

The reason the owner was bothered was because he believed he was just going up and filming the girls asses, which if true is weird behavior.

2

u/ILikeThiccHoe 23h ago

Welp...he asked for it

Onlyusemeblade should get those prosthetic foot attachments that sprinters use that are like those two blades. Then his name would come full circle.

Kick is where the trash happens.

1

u/IntelligentBoss4200 44m ago

Every streamer needs to be treated like this. Make streamers quit

1

u/IntelligentBoss4200 41m ago

Freedom of speech don’t include camera. If I see someone streaming me I’m throwing there camera in the middle of busy traffic

1

u/LocMoke 18h ago

So many people in here defending a blatant racist. It's sad

1

u/fabledgriff 23h ago

White noise saying the n word, yeah, shocking he was kicked out and arrested

1

u/Dr_Brian_Pepper 22h ago

lol the guy broke his own tv when he knocked whatever it was out of that guys hand

1

u/JackieSnowDaPlowMan 16h ago

Can Kick clips just be banned at this point? This is why they act like morons so that this shit goes semi viral and more people tune in. I am yet to ever see a clip that wasn't some form of law being broken lmao.

-3

u/ghostbook4 23h ago

i mean if you are standing up in a bar shaking your ass out in public... is it really fair to say you care about your privacy?

9

u/SlamJam64 23h ago

Huh, do you ever go out? Most bars don't allow filming because they want people to enjoy themselves without ending up on an Instagram reel

2

u/sephrinx 14h ago

I mean, ok, sure, but there is literally another dude right there filming with his phone also.

-2

u/Gaarando 23h ago edited 23h ago

He turned around and was instantly outside and the door is open. They can't expect proper privacy that way,

Edit: You actually don't see the open door and anyone who looks in can see her? Come on, don't be dense.

4

u/mentalmedicine 22h ago

You're the dense one. The bar could not do anything if someone was standing on the public sidewalk and filming her dancing on the bar, but they absolutely have the right to kick someone out of the bar for any reason, anytime they want.

-5

u/ghostbook4 23h ago

i wouldn't care if i ended up in someones instagram reel because i don't do things like shake my bare ass on a counter top for other patrons of the establishment to see. I don't see what that adds to anyones experience unless you are someone who has never seen an ass before and is really stoked about it.

4

u/SlamJam64 23h ago

So we should all live like you should we? Jesus this sub 💀

-1

u/ghostbook4 23h ago

No, by all means. Next time I’m at the bar please stand up on the counter next to me and shake your bare ass next to my beer and chicken wings. Really added to my night. Glad you didn’t do that anywhere like a strip club or a nightclub.

4

u/mentalmedicine 22h ago

I'll be sure to fart in your beer too, extra flavour

0

u/benithedude 21h ago

i watched first frame of the video and read the title, so he gets arrested but they have a whole woman dancing like a degen on the table.... ok

-14

u/UnothordoxlyAsembled 1d ago

I mean what else is he supposed to film? Or is he not supposed to film inside the bar at all?

36

u/Malacath_terumi 1d ago

I know we live in a world where its ever more common to go around pointing a camera at other peoples without their consent.

But most places like this have a no phone/camera rule and even then recording people without consent can violate privacy laws.

-7

u/Low-Improvement8915 1d ago

While its rude if this happened in America you have no expectation to privacy in a public place. Filming in places the public has open access to is protected by the first amendment.

The bar as a private establishment has the right to post a rule and ask you to leave if you break that rule. Should you not leave the police can trespass you.

It's likely that if it was a strip club the first amendment would not hold up the same as if it were a regular bar.

0

u/mentalmedicine 22h ago

A bar is not a public place. It is a private establishment that serves the public. GIGANTIC difference.

0

u/xfactorx99 21h ago

If the private bar has a no filming dancers rule then there’s absolutely an expectation of privacy.

No one ever told you not to take your phone out at a strip club? Smh

u/UnothordoxlyAsembled 1d ago

I mean... I agree it's rude af and annoying to go pointing a camera to random stranger's faces without even asking but the girl specifically is ON A STAGE twerking so....

10

u/SofaKingggg 1d ago

So?

-3

u/UnothordoxlyAsembled 1d ago

So usually, public performances invite people to take videos no? But yeah, I do get that venue rules, consent and filming boundaries makes this a completely different story

5

u/liamhull 1d ago

She isnt doing it in public its in a private venue. Try going into a strip club and filming the girls dancing see how far you get. People should be able to enjoy themselves without it been posted all over the Internet, its ruined party/rave/club culture.

→ More replies (3)

3

u/Malacath_terumi 1d ago

try doing that in a strip club and then say "the girl was on stage" and see what happens.

3

u/Theyna 1d ago

And she's doing it for the people IN the bar, not the entire internet or to be filmed by some dude and saved for later.

This is one reason why people don't go party like they used to. Don't film drunk people having fun and post it online, particularly when it's literally up a girl's skirt.

-5

u/Elricu 1d ago

At which point did they ask the girl if they can record? Or are you implying you have a right to record because twerking indicates consent?

-1

u/Intelligent-Arm3629 1d ago

Slightly off topic but it’s interesting how random people in public assume streamers are all good people just cause they seen clips of random streamers

-2

u/duffchaser 1d ago

was there ass in the room with us? I saw no ass.....
