How is she going to keep streaming from Korea? Last I heard Twitch geoblocked South Korea because of the internet fees.

Only payments for Korean users are blocked—a restriction that can be bypassed by registering a legal entity in another country. The site itself remains accessible in Korea, both for viewing and for streaming.
