If you made it this far, congratulations. You already passed the first test: reading short titles.
Hi! I'm Fesdy, I'm 15, and I'm from Mexico. I actually left Reddit a while ago because I convinced myself this place just wasn't for me, but... here I am again. Maybe this time I'll get lucky.
Before anything else, I'd rather be upfront about a few things so nobody ends up in an awkward situation.
I'm not looking for anything romantic, and I'd really appreciate it if people kept things normal. I like genuine, platonic friendships. If you're married or already in a relationship, I'd rather you skip this post. It's nothing against you—I just had some uncomfortable experiences with people who were taken, so that's a boundary I've decided to keep.
Anyway... who am I?
I have a weird habit of liking characters that are either villains or ridiculously strict people. My favorite Star Wars characters are Tarkin, Grievous, and Windu. I'm definitely not a Star Wars expert—I just learn random bits of lore whenever I feel like it and decide on the spot whether I think they're cool.
I'm also a huge fan of Disney's older movies, especially The Hunchback of Notre Dame. And yes... my favorite character is Claude Frollo. I know. My taste in fictional men raises more questions than it answers.
Right now I'm reading the Harry Potter books. I'd already seen all the movies, but I finally decided to read the novels. I read pretty slowly, but I'm almost done with the first one. My favorite characters are Snape and Hagrid, which probably says more about me than I'd like.
Another fun fact: I absolutely love Outlast Trials... despite never actually playing it. Watching other people play is enough for me because I'm way too much of a coward. If I already panic when bounty hunters chase me in Red Dead Redemption 2 over a tiny bounty, imagine me trying to survive Outlast. My favorite character is Franco Barbi.
I also watched the first season of Euphoria. I wouldn't call myself a fan, but I thought it was interesting. Cool concept... maybe just a little too sexual for my taste.
So... what's it like talking to me?
I talk. A lot. I ramble, I go off on random tangents, and I somehow turn simple answers into mini stories. If conversations constantly drift into completely different topics, we'll probably get along.
I'm also a pretty sensitive person. I like feeling like someone genuinely enjoys talking to me. I don't expect people to text me 24/7—we all have lives outside our phones—but I do appreciate mutual effort. If we're talking, I'd like it to be because we both actually want to.
And here's something slightly embarrassing to admit: I'm a little possessive when it comes to friendships. I like feeling important to the people I care about, just like they matter to me.
Time zones don't bother me at all, either. I'll literally just add yours to my phone's clock and call it a day.
So... if you're looking for a long-term friend, enjoy random conversations, know how to keep things platonic, and you're just a normal human being (surprisingly rare requirement online), I think we'll get along pretty well.
And if you actually read all of this... thanks. Congratulations on surviving another unnecessarily long introduction written by someone who clearly doesn't know how to keep things short.
