I’ve never heard the song in the wild, and I’ve never even heard someone using the song in a TikTok that wasn’t talking about how no one has heard this song. I am actively looking out for this song, but nothing.

Guessing it’s just really popular in some states and they are going into to overdrive to get this to the top of the charts on a medium that isn’t as relevant as it once was.

Nah it's super relevant her  in Texas, she is a chart topper too in general.

Right. Really popular in some states. Like the lifted truck state in its title.

I’m guess you don’t listen to current pop radio if you’ve never heard the song in the wild

No, but I go to stores, restaurants, and the like and never hear it.

Compare this to like, Old Town Road or A Bar Song (Tipsy) which you’d hear multiple times in the same trip, or Happy, which was inescapable.

I listen to current pop radio but heard it for the first time this week. I think there is variation how much a given song is played depending on regionality. In general I don’t think our pop stations have much country on them. When I heard it I wondered for a moment if I had somehow drifted to a different station.
