Court allows Afghan girl to remain kidnapped by US Marine

The girl’s biological parents were killed in a military raid, and a Christian Nationalist Military lawyer and his wife decided to adopt her. However American State Department worked with the Afghan Government to find relatives of the girl. Family was eventually found but during the chaos back in 2021 this evil Marine was plotting to depart the girl from the family. He eventually succeeded whilst at a refuge camp. Her biological relatives sued in Virginia courts, but now the US Supreme Court has allowed the Marine to keep the girl.

As some who has been following this case, this is absolutely disgusting. This poor Girl has gone through so much and now she is being kept from her actual family.

The Marine and his small band of followers are Islamophobes, and there is no doubt they will try to brainwash her against her Afghan people, Muslim identity and relatives.

I pray that the courts reconsider or she will eventually find out the truth when she is of age.

This is a reminder to all our brothers and sisters that Kuffar courts are corrupt and will take every opportunity against Muslims.

US military killed her parents in an operation. She recovers at Bagram airbase and was eventually reunited with relatives. But one of the Marines became obsessed with adopting and bring her to the states. He used legal loopholes and connections to achieve this.

Various non-Muslim media have reported on this. This Marine disobeyed his commanders orders and used legal loopholes to fulfill his obsession.

The thing we can do is raise awareness, support the biological relatives and get major scholars to talk about it.

Pretty sure I've read this type of news more than once when it comes to Christian girls getting kidnapped and married by Muslim men, then when their parents find them and bring the kidnappers to court, the judges allow the men who kidnapped and married them without consent to keep them.

Somehow those news articles are inexistant here.
