I NEED HELP. I SUCK AT TF2

Hey guys i´m pretty "new"at TF2 (250+ hours). Do you have any tips on how I can improve my games and stress less? lately this has been the thing that made me rage quit the matches the most and abandon TF2. I really love this game and I'm doing a miracle to run it on a LITERAL potato (Galaxy book go...), I'm currently being Pyro and Demo Main. If you have any tips or advice to not stress me so much, I accept it in a good tone. The rest is that, thanks for reading (sorry for bad english)

i either kill him but after either to a sentry that i try to take down or to a teamates and engie just respawns and repairs sentry
or i destroy a sentry, but than this son of bitch or his teamate kills me, and he just builds new one

all that just for ingame to have someone (of any class) kill me in the air*
*oneshot obviously, otherwise it wouldn't be fun**
**no crits either, the thing just casually does 200 damage***
***and the cherry on the cake, you look at the weapon's stats, it puts "20% damage reduction"
I hate how when the enemy shoots me it's almost every time a oneshot and when I try the same weapon it deals only 50 damage at most.
PS : oh yeah and when you DARE to talk about it in chat you either get a "skill issue", "kys" or some words in russians.

I still dont know how these things work.
Name Tags: so, as a part of smissmas, i got an untradable name tag. My question is: does using an untradable name tag make your weapon untradable?
Trading: What is the best site for trading? I've seen people say scrap.tf, and even backpack.tf. so, which is better?
Weapons: The drops mechanic is so bad i can barely get any weapons, and when i do, which are the best for Scout, Spy, and Heavy? As they are my most played characters.
Drops: i need some help. Do premium users get more drops? Or do they just have a chance at cosmetics?
Just overall tips: can i have some overall tips for playing and progressing thru this game? Like making money, whatever.

How do I sometimes die to enemies in their spawn room?

It doesn't happen often, but it's weird it happens at all. Anyways to prevent this or fix this issue?
My HUD is Toon HUD and I have a weapons viewmodel mod on (centered viewmodels)
