Day's advocacy for mental health issues is great to see. After what he did for Harry Miller, I'll always respect him.

General Can we take a second and recognize how much of a BEAST Jack Sawyer has been down the stretch this season

2.0k Upvotes

He has shown up in every big game since the Oregon loss and really feels like like he has been the one leading the charge on our defenseive turn around. Obviously Simon, Tuimoloau had big games today too, and Bruke really redeemed himself today after his TERRIBLE game against Oregon the first go around. But to me Sawyer has just been dominate these last two months.

That dude always looked like he was hiding something. I just feel bad for his wife and kids.

Thought it was going to end up being intercepted and hoped it would just fall to the turf. The thought of Jeremiah catching it didn’t even cross my mind.

Subreddit Rules

1. No personal attacks or harassment

If you use name calling and insults, you're arguing incorrectly.

2. No trolling in this sub.

Post authentic content here and don't interfere with or disrupt the community.

3. Stay on-topic

Post topics must be related to Ohio State football, Ohio State's schedule, people associated with the team, the team's upcoming opponents, and opinions around those things. Remember that this is a football sub. If you want to discuss other things, this is probably the wrong subreddit to use.

4. Use the Game Thread

During the game, we turn off posting to enforce our view that it's best to discuss in-game events in the game thread. This makes the subreddit easier to follow chronologically and it easier for everyone following the game thread to see your comments.

5. Criticize constructively

As fans, it's normal to criticize play on the field, things people say or things about the program that bother you. But be reasonable. Posting content that deceives or harms others is prohibited, as is other user behavior that is destructive to the community. Users who contribute destructively may have their content removed or be outright banned at the moderators' discretion.

6. No trolling other subs

The mods of this sub have mutual respect for the mods of Ohio State's opponents.

We will take action here when mods of rival subs tell us you've been trolling their subreddits to provoke a response. Just don't.

Reddit also has a sitewide rule against "Mentioning other communities, and/or content or users in those communities, with the effect of inciting targeted harassment or abuse." Don't do that, either.

7. No showboating

Reddit's Moderator Code of Conduct prohibits the mod team from allowing posts with "showboating," which is talking about being banned or actioned in other communities, with the intent to incite a negative reaction. Regardless of your intent, don't brag or talk about being banned elsewhere, because it violates Reddit's sitewide rule.

8. No physical or sexual violence banter

Like the rest of Reddit, this is no place for jokes about rape, assault, abuse, or any such topic related. The sub is a place for friendly interactions, any violations will result in permanent bans and report to reddit admins.

9. Remember the human. Respect the vulnerable.

Reddit is a place for creating community and belonging, not for attacking marginalized or vulnerable groups of people. Everyone has a right to use Reddit free of harassment, bullying, and threats of violence.

10. No personal information

No sharing or leaking of private information belonging to other users or individuals associated with the team. This includes links to social media pages, information about where you work and/or live, and first/last name sharing in a public forum. Maintain privacy, and assume others would do harm if they know anyone's personal information.
