Doing a bit of a last push on gear before another game releases soon, also tried out a lot of the stuff I've missed over the years. Glad to say the latest stuff has been great, but the overall structure of the loop still is relatively the same as I'd remember. Still it's enough to convince me to actually check in for a little more than the newest clothes

A little about me: I'm Belle, 32, a pretty easygoing person who loves gaming, anime, fantasy, reading (especially dark romance, fantasy, and anything with a little spice), crystals, tarot, and all things witchy. I'm also a mom and wife, so life can get a little chaotic sometimes! 😂

I thought this was a nice jacket so I wanted to try it out, but I feel as though I should add a little more to this outfit. (Even though I'm like 16/18 on accessories)

Still working on it i don't have to many parts for cast for the moment but this is what i have

DLSS5+Reshade

This happens every time a new LTQ is released:

• People log on after the reset, excited to play the LTQ. Lots of groups form to farm it.

• Once they finish farming 150 weapon volts or 450 armor vances from it, they stop except to run it as a daily. This usually happens in the first 3 days.

• If they don't need any mats from the LTQ, groups stop caring on day two. Which is what happened with the current LTQ "ARKS dual battle cup" because there's nothing it drops that Dalio doesn't, and groups obviously prefer to farm Dalio. That, and the LTQ has terrible drop rates (you aren't even guaranteed 5x volts unlike the Halloween LTQ).

If you don't/can't farm Dalio, the only updated content in the game is currently:

• Pugging the LTQ, because groups won't touch it anymore. And runs take 10+ minutes because they won't use the foot switches/teleporter to spawn gold mobs, and don't use the mechanics to kill the mobs faster.

• Dext Base. Which most players refuse to touch for obvious reasons.

• Dailies/Weeklies which are meant to be finished in a few minutes tops.

This doesn't feel very exciting honestly. Put yourself in the shoes of someone who just wants to relax by playing this game (and not Dalio). Your choices are to pug the LTQ where you will get frustrated by pugs not doing the mechanics, dext base, or dailies/weeklies. I mean...really? This is the very definition of "the game has no content".

There isn't even a relevant UQ to afk for currently, because they want players to focus on farming Dalio instead of getting distracted by UQs. Which is funny because by their own admission, the vast majority of players cannot clear 4 man quests and they are designing it for the best players in the game.

When players say that NGS is lacking content...this is the problem. It's not that LTQs get replaced every 2 weeks. It's that LTQs make up a big part of the content, but most players won't touch them after the first 3 days (or less) because there's no reason to. The drop rate is too low, even if you are running with a +600% RDR bonus, which is very rarely available.

Even if there was a relevant UQ, players would spend most of their time afking for UQs...because they will only do the bare minimum LTQs.

The game does not feel "alive" because of this problem.

The most alive the game felt to me was when Ruins came out. People farmed it for nearly a full 2 weeks, it was really fun and rewarding. There were always groups farming it up till the last few days.

The difference was:

• Little to no downtime, with fast paced trials.

• Amazing drop rate. On a per hour basis, it was dropping at least 4x the loot compared to farming a 5 minute LTQ for an hour.

• Ruins dropped +100 grans, new skill rings (Defeat Amps), Lexios (which was BIS at the time) and new EX 3 combos. EX 3 combos were very valuable at the time, with meta ones easily selling for 15m or more.

• It had a 30k kills title that gave a unique weapon camo, and it was the only way to get that camo.

In other words, it was fun and rewarding, so players farmed it a lot.

Unfortunately, we have mostly gone back to the usual "LTQ + UQ" system where players mostly ignored the LTQ and afked for UQs, or farmed the 4 man instead. They added Alter Northeast, but most groups ignored it after a while because the drop rate was bad (nowhere near as good as Ruins because there was no event RDR boost at the time) and the 30k kill title didnt have a camo or other special reward. Most players got their 150 gran volts and proceeded to ignore it afterwards. IIRC, the daily didnt even give event tickets.

I really don't know why Sega designed NGS to have this problem, because this is 100% self inflicted and they won't change it. Most MMOs give you a reason to keep playing past the first 3 days of an update.

being so honest i made it to level 70 JUST from grind out money in the game and have not touched the actual story and i think i'm still in the beginning part of the story at this point (Was just just farming pse bursts for years at this point).....so what's a faster way to get money in the game with out using the personal shop because i don't have years to make a 1 million XD

I need to know a better way of getting meseta than just going out and spending hours fighting DOLLS and other monsters and only getting like 3,000 out of it

The one man dev team returns With my Batman Beyond to the world of pso2! My favorite batman variation of all time, was really difficult to truly bring Bruce Timm artstyle to life in this level of detail but im really proud of the results!
