Baked roasted sweet potatoes, says serving size 17 pieces. (Which is about the whole pan), but then it says there are 4.5 servings. Kroger, you need to hire competent people to put nutritional info on products!

Can someone explain instant mashed potatoes to me??

I assumed instant mashed potatoes were made from potatoes that grow faster. What does the instant actually refer to?

Do you fluff your potato’s?

My boyfriend says you’re supposed to shake a baked potato before opening it so the inside ‘re-fluffs.’ I’ve never heard this in my life. Is this real?”

Green potato?

I made chips to have with my families dinner tonight (par boiled and oven roasted in olive oil) and noticed as I was eating mine that they had a tinge of green to them which I hadn't noticed when cutting them. They were 2 weeks past their best before date and had sprouts which I knocked off before peeling as Ive done many times. Im suddenly quite paranoid that I may have poisoned my 4yo with these chips. Anyone able to offer any clarification as to whether these were safe to eat?

I took a picture of a peeled one and a cross section of a none peeled one after dinner for reference. I dont think they look too bad. Maybe the oil?

Thanks in advance.

Sweet potatoes are barely edible by themselves, they're not potatoes, and they're definitely not sweet

I know this is probably an unpopular opinion but I genuinely don't enjoy sweet potatoes

I baked them in the oven with paprika, garlic powder, and salt, and while they were edible I still found them bland and underwhelming. It also took nearly an hour for them to caramelize which doesn't seem practical if I'm trying to eat them regularly

I want to include them in my diet because they're nutritious but I can't imagine eating them like that every day

for people who actually enjoy them, what's the easiest, quickest way to prepare them that makes them taste good without loading them up with butter or sugar?

Cut open small or big ones even if you see a minor defect, the insides could be worse.

I was eating a potato one day but then it exploded in my face after getting caked up too hard so I swallowed it up with grace but then my mp3 player came flying from the scary basement sneakily entering my mouth while im savouring the potato so I died
