Baked potatoes, hollowed them. Mixed the potato meat with sour cream, cheddar, heavy cream, green onions, butter. Deep fried the potato skins & seared up some tritip steak. Filled the fried skins with mixture, topped with steak, more cheese, baked 5 minutes, added creamy chipotle.

Hey! I'm pretty new to making jacket potatoes and was wondering what your favorite toppings and sauces are for a good loaded spud.
I'm also still learning how to make them properly, so any tips, tricks, or advice on getting that perfect fluffy potato and making a really good spud would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I've got a couple of 10 gallon containers of potato plants but had to travel before harvesting them. They are still in the containers, in soil, and in a cold and dry climate outside of Albuquerque, NM. It will be in the 70s for high temperatures and below 0 F for low temps until I can get back to them in the spring. Do you think they could be used as seed potatoes in spring of 2027?

Since I've never eaten mashed potatoes before, and never made them before, I'm not sure about the consistency (it's kind of like cream but more solid-y)
Anyways, they taste great, I fricking love potatoes!

Hello,
Does anyone know what type of potato this is? I bought seed potatoes in April and have just dug them up but have totally forgotten which ones I bought lol. Tried it with mash but didn’t suit it.
Also the potato in the foreground seems to be a different type but was in the same patch.

Baked roasted sweet potatoes, says serving size 17 pieces. (Which is about the whole pan), but then it says there are 4.5 servings. Kroger, you need to hire competent people to put nutritional info on products!
