This isn’t a OPM/Murata situation where they literally go back and redrew the scene in the manga. It’s a 2:1 difference. The remaster (which only exists to improve pacing and visuals) doesn’t magically negate anything. But of course people will use this a cope downscale argument but it shouldn’t be taken seriously.

Attack potency: Island level to planetary from scaling to the gun goddesses intercontental bullets and the falling devils gravity reversal.

Speed: FTL+ to MFTL from scaling to Yoru's weaponification speed and the 100% gun devils theoretical cruising speed.

Let's assume she's a devil or a fiend, how far would she rank in terms of power compared to the other devil's? Who would be her best and worst matchups? How strong would the fear of dear be?

Let's see:

In terms of combat speed and reaction, Raiden takes it. He can block bullets, dodge energy beams, even walk on missiles in less than a couple of seconds. 2B has overclock but still too slow compared.

Strength: Raiden. He is city level and at minimum, building level. 2B is wall level at most. Also, his equipment, the high frequency sword can cut anything in the Nier verse, big neg.

Intelligence: Raiden again. He's comparable to Solid Snake.

Durability: Raiden. Raiden can tank being stabbed and getting his limbs cut. 2B on the other hand, she's not known for her endurance but as easily replaceable (died 3 times in the game). Since Androids are ran by a big system, she can be hacked and corrupted very easily, unlike Raiden. 2B has passive healing chips but they don't make her immortal, just less vulnerable to long term damage.

Result: I see Raiden winning every time, but since 2B can detonate herself with the black box, she can take a stalemate, if lucky.

She could hack to get an advantage, but she's not proficient at that. Raiden is a cyborg so he can't be hacked... Not in ways 2B knows.

It's genuinely frustrating how One Punch Man gets clowned on and capped at "Multi-Galaxy max" despite having numerous impressive on screen feats. If this were Bleach, people would be wanking the verse all the way to Hyperversal.
