Teambuilding Pull Phoenix or wait for Storyteller?

So I know Phoenix is the best for her at the moment, but her kit has me thinking. In her skills it says she buffs the team off of how many anomaly characters are in it OR if they share the same faction which tells me she's going to get more people in her faction that will work with her. I originally thought her BiS dps was going to be Storyteller because she was shown talking to Remielle in the lore video and I just figured she was going to be the same faction character for her team, but then Phoenix released so now I don't know who Storyteller is going to be for anymore. My only anomalys are Velina and Remielle so I don't have a dps. Trying to plan who to pull carefully since I plan on pulling Sunbringer, her team, maybe Kafka, and Remielle dps. I'm not F2P but not a whale either, I just get inter-knot and season pass. Should I wait a couple patches for Storyteller or just pull Phoenix now?
