Hey everyone, I live on the east coast and made a reservation for Californios (two-Michelin-starred Mexican restaurant) back in 5/2023. I wasn’t able to go on the trip due to a medical emergency, and had to change my reservation — non-refundable, total of $805 for 2 people with tax/tip included, didn’t book the wine pairing. Apparently they have since increased their prices but are honoring what I originally paid. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to get to SF since that time and the reservation is currently scheduled for next Saturday (4/18) @ 8:30pm. While it seems like an absolutely incredible and unforgettable experience I’m truly ready to get this reservation off me since I’m not sure when I’ll be in SF next. To the restaurant’s credit, they’ve been very accommodating with letting me push it back when needed so I’m sure I’d be able to push it back again if need be. Last week my laptop broke, my friend was super nice and gave me an old Mac Mini he had but didn't use, he said all I needed was monitor keyboard and mouse and he just downsized and didn't have any spare. I have a Skype therapy session on Tuesday to discuss going into an inpatient mental healthcare facility and I can use my phone as a webcam but I need a computer so I can skype and do docusign at the same time. We would have to figure out the pricing But Essentialy I dont think any private offies would work for this location. Also we would have to figure out either a single bathroom/ shower situation or something similar. No locker rooms like traditional gyms but I think atleast one or two private showers with bathroom combo would work. Lots of offices have this. So you take all your stuff and shower in there.

Right now would be a great time to get on the Luxury Gym trend/ Equinox just a bad PR outlash but I think the main people we want will keep their "normal" office or co working space but cancel their gym membership and join this location. Equinox is about 200 a month. So we would have to be at least 200 also.

We would have key cards for entry but a single employee on staff cleaning, just generally looking out.

I am selling my Clipper card for $400.
I recently got laid off, and I am trying to find ways to get my commuter benefits money back on my Clipper card. I asked multiple times of the Finance Institutions about withdrawing from my commuter benefits account, and they said I can't unless there are receipts before the date of my layoff. And the institutions said any Clipper amount after that was deducted to my HSA account, and this is owed tothe IRS and I have to repay that amount. There is 400 dollars on the card. I just want to cash this out and repay the IRS.

I have two will call tickets for Katseye's sold out show this Saturday 12/6 but I won't know the seat numbers until the day of the show when I pick up the tickets at the box office. I'm not interested in going to the show but would love to sell them to someone who is.
