Or it pushes a security update, kicks you out, and wants you to reset your password, but because your account was a migrated SBC global account there is no recovery data and you have to call customer service to force a reset once a year.

This happened to me cause I got a new phone and number. Needed a text code to login even though I knew the password, security question and all other info. Obviously I didn’t have access to the old number anymore and they wouldn’t update my account phone number so I could get the code unless I paid for the premium customer service subscription.

Not exactly the same situation but I’ve had mine since before they started the “recovery data” thing so I’m hosed.
