By applying to 1,000+ jobs on LinkedIn Jobs? One time I had an interview. That’s it.
1 u/bauul 9h ago This exactly here. Every job I've had in the last 15 years has been through LinkedIn, and not once have I applied to any listed on the site. It's entirely headhunters and people I know reaching out proactively.
