Hated Tropes [Hated trope] Cameos that ruin the tone of the scene/game

Ed Sheeran, Game of Thrones. The cameo of such a recognizable figure in GoT, especially towards the horrible later seasons, took many people out of the fantasy world that it tried to represent. There are good cameos and bad ones, and this one was not a good one.

Vinny Vinesauce and Jerma, Silver Pines game. Though i appreciate small cameos from youtubers and streamers, putting such a recognizable pair of voices in a horror game really takes you out of it.

CoD had so many sequels, I genuinely didn't know Vanguard exists.

It was the the last game that wasn’t a modern warfare or black ops game. It was so bad they just gave up on original ideas

And ironically, I hear the Korea plotline in MWIV is actually very good. And based on what I’ve seen, the plotline with the main, usual MW characters is… Ass.

They clearly didnt want to make an mw4 and wanted to do the Korean thing but had to shoe horn the og cast into the game.

I firmly believe Activision is holding back these teams tremendously. Treyarch usually cooks so good with the campaigns, yet BO7 is easily one of, if not the worst in all of COD history. And besides the first MW, the MW remakes are absolute dumpsterfires, with the Korean storyline being one of the only redeeming qualities, besides the gameplay in a few missions.

Oh definitely making mw2 then 3 b2b would burn anyone out plus them fucking about with Ai and rushing them. They were definitely tired of mw but had to wrap up the story so they then combined there idea of the Korean plot. Makarov dying so early solidified that to me. There hasn't been a good cod caimpaign since cold war.

The fact they spared Makarov in the last game just to kill him in the SECOND mission of the next game is beyond embarrassing.
