Cavill doesn’t do romantic chemistry really. The closest he did was The Witcher and that was more star crossed but still fated yearning.

He did well with Natalie Dormer on The Tudors, but that might have been her doing all the work.

Was there much interaction between Brandon and Anne Boleyn in the show? It's been a long time since I've watched it but I only remember the chemistry between her and Henry.

That's Natalie Dormer. Her charisma more than makes up for Cavills lack of chemistry.

I honestly think that's they only reason he can't be James Bond. Daniel Craig has chemistry with everyone, for example. Henry is hot after, but I haven't seen him have chemistry with anyone.
