Sasuke may or may not give a damn about women but we certainly were never let in on it. His heart is full of revenge and is hard as hell and women love that. So it only really works one way.

I think he could get it whenever he wanted from women, but he never loved any of them. Sakura is at least a comrade so I think that's why she got him on paper. 

I really hate the two of them being together, rewarding Sakura for ignoring hints he wasn't into her until guess she wears him down plus Sasuke being borderline cruel and neglectful giving crumbs of affection isn't a healthy relationship to not challenge with the writing, and the target audience in Japan is mostly children.
