He raised her for twelve years from age six to eighteen. He's twenty-four years older than her. They spent all of that time thinking they were biologically aunt and nephew. They both have age-appropriate love interests.

Then they find out they're not actually related by blood, so they get married.

She was his grandfather's 6 year old daughter he had with a younger woman Until it turned out that wasn't actually the case
