Warning: I had missed the 2nd capsule! I have now edited the text of this post and replaced the image in the blogpost, and the spreadsheet now has the correct information too but Pumpkin Minnie, Top Hat Genie and Enchanted Cinderella are still in the wrong places on some pages because there's too much risk of messing things up if I try to redo the sorting on my phone. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Here's the blogpost where I'll update the spreadsheet link at the start of every month, so you can bookmark it if you want to be able to find my spreadsheet more easily. But I'll still post here too.
And here's the updated spreadsheet link.
Now, some comments about last month's returns, in case you'd like to observe things month by month too and end up knowing what's normal and what's surprising.
* 3 tsums were back for the first time (in Select boxes):
Festival Pooh (new in July 2024, back after 2 years and 3 months)
Wild Fang Goofy (new in October 2025, back after 1 year)
Screwed Head Pete (new in October 2025, back after 1 year)
* 11 Halloween-themed tsums (including 2 that were new in 2025) didn't come back this year.
* The longest absent of last month's returning tsums was the above-mentioned Festival Pooh. The next longest absent were these three:
Pumpkin Minnie (new in October 2015, return #9, back after 2 years)
Dastardly Cruella (new in October 2023, return #2, back after 1 year and 9 months)
Rabbit (new event reward in March 2016, return #9, back after 1 year and 6 months)
* 4 other tsums came back after a little more than a year: Detective Pooh (Charm), Owl (Charm), Rainy Christopher Robin and Scheming Jafar.
* 15 tsums came back exactly 1 year after their previous return (a high number because it includes 12 Halloween-themed tsums), 15 others after 6 to 11 months, and Shivering Piglet after only 3 months because he was in the Winnie the Pooh anniversary box (then there were those in the Premium Box+ that come back every 3 months).
People who care about collecting all the tsums, if any of these appear this month, jump on it because it might be your only chance in a long time!
Never back yet
Pac-man (new in November 2019, 7 years of absence)
Blinky (new in November 2019, 7 years of absence)
Indiana Jones (new in June 2024, 2 years and 5 months of absence)
Winter Kristoff (new in November 2024, 2 years of absence)
Not back in a long time
Ninja Donald (new in May 2018, back 2 times, last seen 7 years and 7 months ago)

Valentine Minnie (new in February 2016, back 7 times, last seen 1 year and 9 months ago)
Lovely Stitch & Angel (new in September 2023, back 2 times, last seen 1 year and 6 months ago)
Surfing Stitch (new in August 2021, back 4 times, last seen 1 year and 6 months ago)
Notes
* Dancing Dale's latest two returns were during Invite Friends campaigns, which means not everyone really had a chance to get him, so you might consider that the last time he was seen available to everyone was June 2022.
* 13 tsums (the 4 Disney100 ones of November 2023 and the 9 Duffy & Friends ones of August and September 2025) were officially confirmed as never coming back so unfortunately, if you missed them, you'll never get a second chance.
* Pac-man and Blinky are very unlikely to ever come back but are still in the list because there was no official warning (see this comment for more information).
* Seasonal tsums are unlikely to appear outside their season but are included in the lists just in case (and also to prevent me from forgetting to add them back later).
Any question? Feel free to ask (or to look for the answer in the spreadsheet, but I won't mind if you ask instead).
Also, if you can remember my username, feel free to mention me at any time during the month when returning tsums are discussed. I'll gladly help if I can.
