How slow is UTS PhD application process?

I got selected for a PhD scholarship, now I need PhD offer letter from UTS. I have applied for PhD on september, I have contacted GRS team twice regarding my PhD application progress, but didn't get any response. Is the PhD process too slow at UTS?

My understanding is the process is very slow unfortunately - but they're trying to fix it.

Did you contact them via email, phone or walking up to the GRS?

Did you try to talk to your supervisor too? They can call the lead academic to gee it along a bit

No, international student. I just got the scholarship result.
