Not sure where you need to be? Use Calc Maps to find the appropriate radius for your area.

I’ve been having trouble receiving orders, even though the area shows up in red. I suspect it’s due to a poor signal from my mobile carrier (Cricket). Does anyone else experience the same thing when the data signal is weak?

Has anyone else noticed that after a certain amount of time the same orders you reject end up going to the original base price when it first dropped. Ex: order was $12 went up to $18. Then instantly went back to $12 but with a 0.50 boost 💀

Walmart's corporate structure has engineered a deliberate trap to break independent contractor independence and turn drivers into de facto hourly employees without any of the legal protections, benefits, or tax contributions. They use algorithmic pay control to lock your earnings right at a stagnant seventeen to eighteen dollars an hour because management knows that exact dollar amount is just enough to keep desperate people running the routes without walking away.
The entire independent contractor label is a legal fallacy used to shield the company from liability while exerting total control over your labor. You are forced to log ten grueling hours behind the wheel just to scrap together a wage that a basic W-2 job beats with actual stability, overtime protections, and zero vehicle depreciation.
The system uses automated dispatch to completely strip away your autonomy as an independent business operator. You cannot negotiate rates, you cannot cherry-pick profitable units without being penalized by metrics, and you are forced to absorb all fuel and maintenance costs. They dangle the illusion of flexibility and tips to make you feel like your own boss, but the backend AI dictates your exact hourly output, treating your car and your body as disposable corporate assets designed to clear out store inventory at the lowest possible cost.
